Welcome to the TennisOnCampus.com Team Profile Form. You may create a new team profile or edit your existing team profile through this page. You may also edit your team profile directly from your Team Profile page.
In this form, we will be asking for a few pieces of required information you may wish to gather in advance. They are as follows:
- Team Roster - names and email addresses
- School Faculty Contact - name and mailing address
- Team Shipping Address - non-personal address
If you experience any technical issues or have a question, please e-mail us at TennisOnCampus@usta.com. While we do our best to approve new team profile submissions as they come in, please allow up to 3 business days for your team profile to be published. You will be notified by email when it is published.
